Part of the Wellsville City Memorial Day celebration is the placing of flags on the graves of all veterans buried in the Wellsville City Cemetery. This will occur on Saturday, May 25 at 9:00 am. Individuals and families are encouraged and welcomed to participate. Please contact Jerry Cokely 435-245-4633 if you plan on helping.The annual Memorial Day program will be at the cemetery Veterans Memorial on Monday, May 27 at 10:00 am. A Memorial Day tribute will be presented with a flag raising, rifle salute and playing of “Taps” presented by the Corporal Gerald Max Rich Marine Corps League Detachment #1352. A special musical number will be presented by Lori Pulotu and Randy Wall will be the speaker.
